Welcome to the LernBook community, in this article we show you how to raise the ticket from the Lernbook – Support tab.


On the lernbook portal https://lernbook.com/ you will notice a “Help” icon at the bottom right corner of the website.


Upon clicking the “Help” icon, the below popup appears.


 You can fill the search bar with the category of issue and can find the solution by referring to the in-built articles.

Upon clicking on the “Contact Us” a form will appear.


To raise the ticket, fill up all the fields and click on the “Send” button to submit the responses.



You will now see a pop-up confirming that the ticket has been submitted successfully.
