Welcome to the LernBook community, in this article we show you how to raise the ticket from the Lernbook – Support tab.
On the lernbook portal https://lernbook.com/ you will notice a “Support” tab at the top header of the website.
Upon clicking the support tab, you will be redirected to the page with the list of knowledge base articles. Now you can click on the “New Support Ticket” to raise a ticket
To create a ticket, you will have to enter all the fields that are displayed.
UNDERSTANDING THE FIELDS

1 | The Email ID of the user. Upon entering the email ID, the provision to enter the Username appears. Here the username is the name of the user raising the ticket | |
2 | Subject | Enter the brief of the issue |
3 | Country | Country refers to the user region of the enrolment |
4 | User Type | Select the user type from the dropdown |
5 | Roll Number ID | The roll number is a unique identification UserID |
6 | Description | Enter the detailed description of the issue |
Upon entering all the fields, tick the checkbox for verifying the captcha.
Now click on “Submit” button located at the bottom right corner to submit the ticket.
You will now see a pop-up confirming that the ticket has been submitted successfully.
You can view the ticket status by clicking on the “Check Ticket Status”
The below screen with “Login” page appears.
After successful login, the below page to track all the tickets submitted will appear.
Upon clicking “Export Ticket”, the user can export the tickets submitted in a “CSV” or “Excel” format.
