Step 1: Launch the VISO app from the app drawer.

Step 2: Enter the following details to fill the Configuration Info.
Account Name: XXXXX-fortunapix;
MDM Server Address: https://visomdm.com
 
(This field should be already populated)
 Name: Name the device as you would like. (Peter’s device)

 Step 3: Add tags helpful to identify, sort, filter, and group the devices. Tags are not mandatory, but FortunaPIX recommends assigning tags to each user to manage the device.

We recommend tags to identify the school, form, SKU, and role of the user. 

Note that this can be done at a later point as well. Click NEXT to proceed.

 Step 4: Check the Set Password box to enable the password entry fields. Enter your password and confirm it by re-entering it. Click NEXT to proceed.

Note: Passwords must not be shared with users or the general public. This is for admin use only.

 

 Step 5: Next, you will be presented with “Device Admin Disclosure” and “EULA and Disclosure” screens. Check “I agree” and click NEXT on each screen.

 


 

 Step 6: Review the details and click FINISH.

 Step 7: After clicking “FINISH”, you will see a pop-up message requesting you to enter the previously set password to confirm changes. This ensures validation for further steps. Every time a new action/command is executed on the device using agent, the agent asks for password confirmation. Enter the password given in Step 7 of the enrollment process and click OK.

 

 

Step 8: On successful enrolment, the landing page with the Device ID, Domain & Tags info will be displayed.

Step 9: Click on the vertical dots at the top right-hand side of the screen and select Settings.

 Step 10: In the Settings page, do the following

  • Scroll to find ‘Use Android Media Projection’ and ‘Hide kiosk web bookmarks’. Ensure that they are checked. 
  • ‘Use Android Media Projection’ will provide full access to admins to remotely assist users while troubleshooting. 
  •  ‘Hide kiosk web bookmarks’ will hide the whitelisted bookmarks from the kiosk screen
